See where you're signed in
Check which devices use your Ulifyi account, sign out the ones you don't recognise and review recent security activity.
In your account you can see every device where you're signed in and sign out any of them.
Check your devices
- Open your account and go to Security.
- Scroll to Devices. The device you're using now is marked This device.
For each device you see details such as the browser or app, the system and when it was Last active. The list shows devices used in the last 90 days.
Sign out a device
- To sign out one device, select Sign out next to it.
- To sign out everywhere except here, select Sign out all other devices.
You'll need to sign in again on those devices.
Don't recognise a device?
- Sign it out.
- Change your password. Changing your password also signs out all your other devices.
- Consider turning on 2-step verification or adding a passkey.
Security activity
Under Security activity you see sign-ins and changes to your account from the last 180 days, for example a changed password, an added passkey or a signed-out device.
Security Checkup
On the Home page of your account, select Start Security Checkup. It walks you through your devices, your email address, passkeys, 2-step verification and recent activity. Run it again any time, for example after getting a new device.
Keep your email address confirmed. We use it to warn you about unusual sign-ins and to help you if you can't get into your account.
