These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Ulifyi platform and related websites (including uli.fyi and ulifyi.ch) (together, the “Services”). The Services are operated by Ulifyi KLG (Switzerland).
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

2. Who may use Ulifyi (Eligibility)
- You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your country.
- If you are a minor and your country requires parental/guardian consent to use online services or to show personal data publicly, you may only use the Services with valid consent.
- You must not be barred from using the Services under applicable laws.
3. Accounts & Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must provide accurate and up-to-date account information.
- If you suspect unauthorized use, notify us immediately.
We may suspend or restrict access if we believe your account is compromised or used in violation of these Terms.
4. Platform Features
Ulifyi may provide social features such as posting, commenting, reacting, messaging (if enabled), “Quests” (structured challenges), media uploads, notifications, and personalization.
We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
5. User Content
5.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of content you submit, upload, transmit, or otherwise make available through the Services (“User Content”).
5.2 License you grant to Ulifyi
To operate the Services, you grant Ulifyi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, and create technical modifications of your User Content (e.g., transcoding, resizing, creating thumbnails, caching) solely for:
- operating and providing the Services,
- improving and developing the Services,
- displaying your content according to your chosen settings,
- promoting the Services (e.g., showcasing public posts, featured Quests), consistent with your visibility settings.
This license ends when you delete your User Content, except where:
- it has been shared with others and they have not deleted it;
- it is required for security, legal compliance, or dispute resolution;
- it has been irreversibly anonymized/aggregated.
5.3 Your responsibility
You represent that you have all rights necessary to post User Content and that it does not violate laws or third‑party rights (including copyrights, privacy rights, and personality rights).
6. Community Rules (Responsible Use)
You must not use the Services to:
- post illegal content or facilitate illegal acts;
- harass, threaten, defame, or discriminate against others;
- publish private/personal data of others without consent (“doxxing”);
- share content that infringes intellectual property rights;
- impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation;
- spam, manipulate engagement, or run scams;
- upload malware, attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload the Services;
- scrape the Services or use automated extraction tools without written permission.
We may publish more detailed community guidelines; they become part of these Terms.
7. Moderation, Enforcement & Reporting
We may (but are not obligated to) monitor, review, remove, or restrict content and accounts. We may take enforcement actions if we reasonably believe there is:
- a violation of these Terms or our guidelines;
- a legal obligation;
- a security or safety risk.
Enforcement may include warnings, content removal, feature restrictions, temporary suspension, or permanent termination.
8. Electronic Communications
By using the Services or contacting us electronically, you consent to receiving communications electronically (e.g., email, in-app notices). You are responsible for keeping your contact information current.
9. Intellectual Property (Ulifyi)
The Services, including software, design, logos, trademarks, and databases (excluding User Content), are owned by Ulifyi and/or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Services except where permitted by law or with our written consent.
10. Third‑Party Services & Links
The Services may include integrations or links to third parties (e.g., Spotify). Third parties are responsible for their own services, terms, and privacy policies.
If you connect a third‑party account, you authorize us to access and use the information you permit solely to provide the relevant feature.
11. Availability & Changes
We aim to provide the Services with reasonable care, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Downtime can occur due to maintenance, security incidents, capacity limits, or events beyond our control.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Services (in whole or in part) at any time.
12. Paid Features (If applicable)
If paid features are introduced, additional terms (pricing, billing, renewals, refunds, app store rules) will be provided at purchase. Payments may be processed by third‑party providers.
13. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
14. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Ulifyi is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.
- For slight negligence, Ulifyi is liable only for (i) personal injury (life, body, health), and (ii) breaches of essential contractual duties, limited to foreseeable, typical damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted under applicable law.
15. Termination
- You may stop using the Services at any time.
- You may request account deletion via the Service settings (if available) or by contacting support.
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or for security/safety reasons.
Some data may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding conflict‑of‑law rules and excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), to the extent permitted.
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or Germany, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected.
Where permitted, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The current version will be published on our websites/Services. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data and is part of your use of the Services.
