Download your data or delete your account

Both options are in your account under Data & privacy.

Download your data

1. Open your account and go to Data & privacy.
2. Under Download your data, select Download data.
3. Confirm it's you if we ask.

You get a JSON file with everything Ulifyi stores about you, including your profile and account details, posts, comments, moments and likes, friends and followers, messages you wrote, settings, devices, passkeys, security history and connected apps. Passwords, keys and tokens are never included. You can download your data up to three times an hour.

Delete your account

Deleting your account applies to Ulifyi and Ulifyi Business. If you want to keep a copy of your data, download it first. You can't once the account is deleted.

1. Go to Data & privacy.
2. Under Delete account, select Delete account.
3. Read what happens. On the next step you can still download your data.
4. Tick the box to confirm you understand, and select Delete account.
5. Confirm it's you with your password or a passkey if we ask.

What happens next

• Your account is locked right away and signed out on all devices.
• We send you a confirmation email.
• For 30 days you can restore your account by simply signing in again. On the sign-in page, select Restore account. Everything will be as you left it.
• After 30 days your profile, content and connections are deleted.
