Create and publish a form
Build a form from a template, publish it and share the link or embed it on your website.
With Forms in Ulifyi Business you collect enquiries, sign-ups or applications. Each form gets its own public link.
Create a form
- Open the Business dashboard and go to Forms.
- Select New form.
- Choose a template and select Use template. A blank template starts without questions, so you build everything yourself.
- Enter the Form name. Your visitors see the name too.
- Select Create form.
The editor opens. Add and change questions, layout and design as you like. Your changes are saved automatically as you work. The form stays a draft until you publish it.
Publish and share
- In the editor, select Publish. The status changes to Online.
- Open the Share tab.
- Select Copy link to share the Public link, or copy the Embed code to put the form on your own website.
The link only works while the form is active. Before that, visitors see an error page.
See submissions
Open the form from the Forms list to see its Submissions. New answers show up there.
Take a form offline
Select Online in the editor and choose:
- Take offline to go back to draft. The link stops working, and answers stay.
- Archive to close the form for good. It takes no more answers. You can publish it again later with Publish again.
Your plan sets how many forms can be active at once. Drafts and archived forms don't count. Some design options also depend on your plan. See the plans on the Ulifyi Business page.
