Choose or change your plan

Each company has its own plan. You manage it in Ulifyi Pay. Only the person who founded the company can choose or change the plan. Everyone else sees it as View only.

Choose a plan

1. Open Ulifyi Pay and select your company under Companies.
2. Under Plan, select Choose a plan.
3. Pick a plan and choose Monthly or Yearly.
4. Enter your Billing details. The VAT ID is optional.
5. Check your order under Review and pay and select Continue to Stripe.
6. Choose how to pay and confirm with Stripe.

Prices are shown plus VAT. Stripe calculates the VAT from your billing address. Your plan renews automatically, and the invoice arrives by email. Ulifyi never sees your card details.

Upgrade to a bigger plan

1. Open your company in Ulifyi Pay.
2. Select Upgrade plan. Only plans above your current one are listed.
3. Pick a plan and select Upgrade now.

The change applies at once and all new features are unlocked right away. For the rest of the period you only pay the difference, prorated, with the saved payment method. The billing period stays the same. If the payment is declined, your current plan keeps running.

Switch to a smaller plan

Select Manage payment & subscription. You change your plan securely through Stripe. When a smaller plan is scheduled, Ulifyi Pay shows Plan change scheduled with the date. Until then your current plan stays with all its features.

Good to know

In its notices, Ulifyi Pay shows what will no longer be available when a plan ends and which connected services need a certain plan. Select the ? next to a notice for details.
