Cancel a subscription

You cancel subscriptions in Ulifyi Pay, securely through Stripe. A cancelled subscription keeps running until the end of the period you've paid for.

Cancel your company's plan

Only the person who founded the company can cancel its plan.

1. Open Ulifyi Pay and select your company under Companies.
2. Select Manage payment & subscription.
3. Cancel your plan on the Stripe page.
4. Return to Ulifyi Pay. Changes made in the Stripe portal are saved there.

What happens after you cancel

• Ulifyi Pay shows Cancelled and the date the plan runs until.
• Until then everything works as usual.
• Afterwards your company moves to the Free plan. Select the ? next to the notice to see what will no longer be available, and which connected services stop working.

Changed your mind?

You can undo the cancellation until the end date under Manage payment & subscription.

Cancel a subscription for yourself

Subscriptions you pay for yourself are kept separately from your companies.

1. Open Ulifyi Pay and go to For me.
2. Under Your subscriptions, select Manage payment & subscription.
3. Cancel the subscription on the Stripe page.

Deleting your account

Cancelling a plan doesn't delete your company or your Ulifyi account. To delete your account, go to your account and open Data & privacy.
